Xevigo ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what AirGameBox (the "App") handles, why it is needed, how it is shared and retained, and the choices available to you.

Account identifiers

The App creates an anonymous guest account using an app-specific device identifier. We assign internal user IDs, public IDs, and friend codes. If you choose Sign in with Apple, we receive Apple's stable account identifier so we can link or restore your AirGameBox account. The App does not request your Apple name or email address.

Profile and social data

We process the nickname, avatar, profile details, friend relationships, blocked-user records, group names, group membership, invitations, presence status, and last-seen information that are needed to show your profile and connect you with friends.

Messages and user content

Direct and group messages may be stored on our servers with message IDs, sender and recipient identifiers, timestamps, delivery and read state, conversation or group identifiers, and limited routing information. Messages are stored so they can be delivered to offline friends, synced across supported devices, and reviewed when a user submits a report.

The App stores and may sync games played, wins, losses, draws, recently played games, achievements, profile activity, notification preferences, and related progress information. This data is used only for App functionality, including statistics, achievements, profile display, and account restoration; it is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Connection and notification data

To provide remote play, presence, messaging, and notifications, we process connection state, service routing identifiers, timestamps, and an Apple Push Notification service token. We do not collect precise or coarse location.

Support and safety reports

If you contact support, we receive the information you include in your request. If you report a user, group, message, or attachment, we receive the relevant account and content identifiers, the selected reason, and a limited content snapshot needed to investigate the report. Attachment bytes are not automatically included in a report.

2. Photos, Audio, Videos, and Files

You choose every item you share. For Nearby sharing, supported attachment bytes transfer directly between the selected nearby devices and are not uploaded to AirGameBox servers. The recipient must accept an incoming item before it is saved. File name, type, size, transfer ID, sender information, and status may be processed to complete the transfer.

每一项分享内容都由你主动选择。附近分享时，支持的附件文件会在所选附近设备之间直接传输，不会上传至 AirGameBox 服务器；接收方必须先确认接受，文件才会保存。为完成传输，我们可能会处理文件名、类型、大小、传输 ID、发送方信息和传输状态。

If a version of the App offers remote attachment delivery, attachment metadata may be stored on our servers and the file may be stored in private object storage so an authorized recipient can download it. The App does not extract or execute archives, apps, scripts, or installers. Send only content you created or have permission to share.

3. How We Use Information

• create, authenticate, link, restore, and delete accounts;

4. Sharing and Service Providers

We share information only as needed to operate the App: with the friends and group members you choose to interact with; with Apple for Sign in with Apple, App Store distribution, and push notifications; with infrastructure providers that host our API, database, and eligible attachment storage; when required by law; or to protect users, rights, and service security. Providers may process data only to deliver their contracted services. We do not sell data or share it for third-party advertising.

5. Retention

Account, profile, social, message, and game-stat data is generally retained while your account remains active. Locally cached attachments remain until you remove them, clear storage, delete account data, or uninstall the App. Server-delivered attachments, if offered, may be removed after delivery, expiration, content deletion, or account deletion. Safety reports and security records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary to address abuse, disputes, legal obligations, or service integrity. Backup deletion may take additional time.

• Account deletion: Open Settings > Account > Delete Account Data to delete the current account's local and cloud data.

Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. Contact us if you cannot exercise a request in the App.

7. Children

AirGameBox is intended for a general audience consistent with its App Store age rating and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13 without legally valid authorization. If you believe a child has provided information contrary to this policy, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transport for production server connections and access controls for account data. No system is completely secure. Information may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to applicable safeguards and law.
