Xevigo ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information our mobile applications, including AirGameBox (the "App"), collect, how it is used, and the choices you have. By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

The App does not require registration and does not ask you to provide personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or payment details in order to play. If you contact us for support, we will receive the information you choose to include in your message (such as your email address), which we use only to respond to your inquiry.

Information collected automatically

Like most mobile apps, the App may automatically receive limited, non-personal technical information necessary for it to function properly, such as device model, operating system version, app version, language settings, and anonymous crash or diagnostic data provided by Apple. This information cannot be used to identify you personally and is used solely to maintain and improve the App.

2. How We Use Information

We use the limited information described above to: operate and maintain the App; diagnose and fix crashes, bugs, and performance issues; improve gameplay and user experience; and respond to support requests you send us.

We do not use your information for advertising profiles, and we do not sell, rent, or trade any user information to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store, and Apple may collect information as described in its own privacy policy (see Apple's Privacy Policy). Aside from Apple's standard platform services, the App does not integrate third-party advertising networks or third-party analytics SDKs that collect personal data.

If a future update introduces any third-party service that collects data, we will update this Privacy Policy and the App Store privacy label accordingly before the change takes effect.

4. Data Retention

Because the App does not collect personal information during gameplay, there is no personal gameplay data for us to retain. Game progress and settings are stored locally on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the App. Support correspondence is retained only as long as needed to resolve your inquiry.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is designed to be family-friendly and suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us personal information — for example, through a support email — please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect any information we handle. Because the App collects minimal data by design, your exposure is inherently limited.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws (such as the GDPR or CCPA), including the right to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you. Since the App does not maintain user accounts or personal data, in most cases the only information we could hold is support correspondence. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the App or this website. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
